Two Introduces Enhanced Payment Transparency for Buyers

Managing payments can be a major headache for buyers, especially when they’re juggling multiple orders at once. Imagine a buyer makes a payment of £1000, only to find they can’t easily determine which invoices that payment was applied to. This lack of clarity can lead to confusion, delays in payment processing, and unnecessary frustration.

These issues aren’t just limited to buyers though. The less transparency you have as a seller, the more time you need to spend on customer inquiries, resulting in a less efficient process overall.

Our latest update to the Buyer Portal solves these challenges by allowing buyers to download detailed statements directly from the portal. Ultimately, this makes tracking and reconciling easier than ever!

How does it work?

1. Buyers can get started with this new feature by heading to the Invoices tab and clicking Download statement of account.

2. Buyers then click Show me all my Two invoices, select the date range and choose the merchant they’ve purchased from.

3. Lastly, all they need to do is select the file format they wish to download their statement in (xlsx, csv or json).

The downloaded statement then shows the buyer which invoices a recent payment was applied to - making tracking and reconciling easy for your buyer!
